Slate Belt Rising is administered as a Neighborhood Partnership Program of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development with funding from Waste Management, and Fidelity Bank. Additional funding has been provided by ESSA Bank & Trust, Fulton Bank, County of Northampton, Nestle Waters North America, and Ultra-Poly Corporation. This program was also financed in part by a grant from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, under the administration of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development.
